Hanes Wine Review
Marc Hanes is a slightly off-beat wine critic who needed a website to display his very popular wine newsletter, The Hanes Wine Review. Each monthly newsletter contains a lead article and a long series of wine reviews—in short, lots of text.
The solution: a clean, somewhat subdued design that would frame Marc’s commentary in a pleasing way.
The site was built in standards-compliant XHTML and CSS. Further phases of the project may include a database search function allowing access to Marc’s extensive collection of tasting notes.
